Rapid Tooling-London Bike Case

    At KESI-3D (branch of SUNPE GROUP),Rapid tooling and injection moulding is one of our biggest advantages,there are 3 tooling workshops in our comany, the customer can get DFM to check before make the mould,after DFM approved,it usually takes 1-2 weeks to finish the tooling.We can do family mold and multiple cavities to save costs and time.

    Below you will find the example of our DFM,we specify the cavity and core side,parting line,ejector pins and other suggestions to make the product performance better.

    Like this bike project,we do the components of tail lamp,hundred sets per year,not large quantity,we can still help our customers to do with the most suitable technic.They are aluminum die casting part,transparent PC part by injection moulding and black rubber part by press mould.It takes 2 weeks to finish the moulds and ship the T1 sample to our customer to check the quality.

    For those areas require tight tolerance,we will do post machine to achieve.If cosmetic surface needed,we can also do some surface finishing like painting,sandblasting to cover the marks.This aluminum part,we do the sandblasting after casting to get better surface.  


    Not only manufacture,we can also check fit and do the sub-assembly.For tail lamp,light effect is the most important, as it shines a bright laser image on the road ahead,so we adjust the transparency and check the light effect over and over again.
